Grandmother’s Herbs Liqueur

The herbal liqueur of La Abuela Fluxá is made with macerated peasant herbs as it has been done in the peasant houses of Ibiza all their lives. In this case, our recipe (creation of Juan Tur) is a tribute to the matriarch of the house, grandmother Catalina.

Juan has modified and improved his mother’s original recipe by measuring and adjusting the ideal amount of each of the 18 herbs used in the recipe, as well as the maceration times until achieving a unique and unmistakable liqueur, with an intense aroma and flavor.

Grandma’s herbs transport us to the Ibiza countryside and to the interior of the country houses with wide white walls and busy kitchens.

For its production we use the aromatic native plants that we grow in our botanical garden, with a personal blend and the necessary maceration in the vats of our distillery. The result is this authentic, digestive and very tasty liqueur.
