History of Café Caleta
In the 1950s, two fishermen from the Sa Caleta area in Sant Josep de sa Talaia (hence the name) had to do their military service in Galicia, where they discovered Queimada. Upon returning, they began making this coffee-based recipe, which strongly resembles the famous Galician version.

Is the production artisanal?
Yes, all of our products are handmade. Juan is a liquor artisan and Belén is a jam artisan, and together they develop and craft all of our products (from recipe conception, growing the ingredients on our farm, to the production process).
What kind of additives and preservatives does it contain?
None. All the products are natural and therefore contain no additives of any kind (preservatives, colorants, or chemical agents).
Is it an original recipe?
Yes, the recipe of our Café Caleta has been developed by Fluxà Ibiza (Juan Tur and Belén Alonso, artisan liqueur and jam makers).
How is the product packaged?
We do it by hand in our factory so we guarantee and supervise the entire production chain.
How long does my order take?
Once you place your order, we deliver it to the transport agency within 24 hours.
What happens if my product does not arrive in perfect condition?
Our packages are sent perfectly packed by courier. We make sure that its conservation and transport are carried out in the best conditions, so that you can serve a traditional product on your table, just as you would enjoy it on our island.
