The heart of Ibiza in your glass
If there is a liquor that connects our senses with the beautiful countryside of Ibiza, it is undoubtedly the Ibizan Herbs liqueur. Both distilled and macerated.
Ibiza Herbs with Denomination of Origin are obtained after maceration, distillation and infusion of plants by combining them with sugar and alcohol.
The elaborated product must have an alcohol content acquired between 24 and 38% vol and its sugar content cannot exceed 250 grams per liter of the final product.
For this product, in Fluxà Ibiza we use maceration vats and an old copper still with which we distill, over a low heat of gas, for 18 hours.
The 18 plants we use for our recipe come from our botanical garden (frígola, rosemary, sage, Hierbaluisa, rue, Eucalyptus, etc.) We only use plants, without any other added essence, and that is why we are an Artisan Food Industry.
All our liquors come from the plants and fruits of our farm and all of them are handmade in the traditional way.
