Who We Are

The Ibizan  Juan Fluxà founded the family business Destilería Ibiza with the aim of promoting the richness of the island's most traditional products from both land and sea, such as herbs and liqueurs, infused with modernity to be enjoyed through all five senses.

This is how the adventure begins for this young Ibizan entrepreneur and his determination to bottle the heart of the forest in a completely natural and artisanal way. From this process, he created his successful family recipe for hierbas payesas (with a protected designation of origin), which has passed, with flying colours, the tasting of the most experienced local farmers.

And from the combination of sea and land, he created a line of seasoned salt, extracted directly from the Ses Salines Natural Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Destilerías Ibiza was born from a passion for the land, native plants, and the artisanal craftsmanship that Juan developed over the years in his family environment. The Ibizan tradition captivated Juan Fluxà, making him one of the island's greatest advocates for local products.
